The Quarry is sure to bring your corporate event to the next level. With 27 holes, we can easily accommodate groups from 16 to 220 players. Our fully stocked pro shop can also provide your next big event with a branded, or personalized first tee gift to fit any budget.

What's Included
Golf
The Quarry is one of Edmonton’s finest challenges in golf. Nestled along the North Saskatchewan River in Northeast Edmonton, The Quarry boasts 27 holes of incredible golf. Our five sets of tees are sure to provide golfers of all calibers the perfect day.
Power Cart
All golf carts are Club Car Electric golf cars, complete with club covers, split windshields, sand & seed mix, sweater baskets & a speed control system. All carts also have GPS units to further enhance your experience at The Quarry.
Range Privileges
Our large grass practice range, combined with a huge practice green & chipping green are sure to provide events of all sizes ample room to warm up before their golf gets underway. All participants of events are welcome to complimentary range balls.
Pro Shop Prize Allowance
Our fully stocked Pro Shop will provide you with a credit of $10 coupon per golfer to spend in the pro shop. Pro Shop gift certificates are also available for purchase (unlike the prize allowance coupon, which is valid only on the day of your tournament, gift certificates do not expire and can be used in the restaurant as well).
Beverage Service
The Quarry is pleased to offer beverage service in our lounge, banquet area, concessionstand & from motorized beverage carts.
What's Required
Deposit
A 10% deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days priorto the event date. (Deposit will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not given in time).
Payment
Final payment made by e-transfer or Cheque is due upon receipt of the final invoice.If guests wish to pay by credit card, a 3% charge will be added to the final bill.
Shotgun Starts
All shotgun starts must have a minimum of 130 golfers unless otherwise discussed.
Pace of Play
All tournaments are expected to complete 18 holes in a maximum of between 4.5 & 5hours maximum. A course marshal will monitor all tournament rounds.
Final Numbers
Each group is responsible for indicating the final numbers two weeks in advance.
Dress Code
All tournament players are asked to wear proper golf attire. Denim, Gym Wear & T-shirts are not permitted. The Quarry is a soft spike facility.
Tournament Director
The Tournament Director is responsible for the conduct of all participants while on the golf course & in the clubhouse. Pro Shop staff & course marshals have final authority.
Cancellation Policy
Tournaments that cancel prior to 90 days will receive full refund of their deposit.Tournaments that cancel after this time frame will not be entitled to a refund. In theevent of a course closure due to weather, The Quarry will work closely with each groupto find an alternative date. Rain & or cold weather does not deem the courseunplayable. All events will go unless the course is unsafe for play, flooded, snowingetc. Guaranteed numbers to be submitted no later than 14 days prior to date of event.
Beverage Service
All beverages must be purchased from The Quarry. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated. Alberta Liquor & Gaming regulations apply. No more than one alcohol beverage hole per nine is permitted as per AGLC regulations. A Quarry staff member must serve any & all alcohol on our premises. 18%gratuity is applicable to all Food and beverage charges.
The Quarry boasts 27 holes of championship golf with yardages ranging from 5100 to 7600 yards. With two putting greens, one chipping green, and three decks of grass teeing area.
